INDIGO WPB - CENTREPARK
249 unit multifamily infill development in an existing office park located just outside of downtown West Palm Beach, FL. The design and planning process included creative revisions to existing zoning regulations to promote an efficient urban mixed use design context in an existing suburban-style office park development. This project resulted in a half mile of buffered bicycle lanes being installed on a critical corridor running through the office park. In addition, streetscapes fronting the site were improved with canopy trees, walk-up units, and street furniture. New residential developments have since been approved within the office park, further enhancing the mix of land uses in the immediate vicinity of this site.

MAINE STREET AFFORDABLE HOUSING
First high density multifamily infill redevelopment project to utilize Palm Beach County’s form-based Urban Redevelopment Area Overlay regulations. Design features include urban streetscape improvements, street furniture, front facing active use liners, and facade treatments to screen parking along secondary frontage.
About Me
When I’m not working on planning projects, you’ll likely find me in the mountains—hiking, skiing, or photographing the landscape. I’m an avid outdoors enthusiast with a passion for exploring new places with my wife. Together, we’ve traveled the Rockies, the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Japan, Mexico City, and many more to come. These experiences inspire my work and deepen my appreciation for thoughtful, people-centered design in both natural and urban environments.
